Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNKS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNKS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TNKS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNKS-to-partner and partner-to-TNKS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt grouped by TNKS-low versus TNKS-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
