Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNK2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher TNK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

THYM, UCEC, and MESO are the cancer types where TNK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
