TNK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,219 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OPA1, PCYT1A, and SEPSECS. Each is linked with TNK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNK2-to-partner and partner-to-TNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNK2 versus OPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
