TNK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,608 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LANCL2, FPR2, and CCDC138. Each is linked with TNK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNK2-to-partner and partner-to-TNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNK2 versus LANCL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
