TNK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,720 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH2, CHAF1A, and ESS2. Each is linked with TNK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNK2-to-partner and partner-to-TNK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH2 grouped by TNK2-low versus TNK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
