TNIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTT, PHGDH, and LETM1. Each is linked with TNIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNIP2 versus HTT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
