Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOH, PIK3CG, and HRH2. Each is linked with TNIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNIP2 versus RHOH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
