Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,755 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Clathrin coat disassembly, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of CAMKK-AMPK signaling cascade. Each is linked with TNIP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP2 results are reported.
