TNIK

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNIK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNIK-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, A-Raf_pS299, and FASN. Each is linked with TNIK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIK-to-partner and partner-to-TNIK results are reported.
