Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNIK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,694 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNIK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of leukocyte differentiation, Positive regulation of hemopoiesis, and Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration. Each is linked with TNIK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIK-to-partner and partner-to-TNIK results are reported.
