TNFSF9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,848 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM1, CORO1A, and ALOX5. Each is linked with TNFSF9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF9-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF9 versus ICAM1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
