Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCN7, CPPED1, and AP3B2. Each is linked with TNFSF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF9-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF9 versus CLCN7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
