Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,357 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunological memory process, Epigenetic programming in the zygotic pronuclei, and Skeletal myofibril assembly. Each is linked with TNFSF9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF9-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF9 results are reported.
