TNFSF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAK1P2, RNF6P1, and ELOBP1. Each is linked with TNFSF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF15-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAK1P2 grouped by TNFSF15-low versus TNFSF15-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
