Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFSF14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFSF14 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher TNFSF14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFSF14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LGG, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where TNFSF14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
