TNFSF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,932 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3, FGD2, and GPR65. Each is linked with TNFSF14 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF14 versus C3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
