TNFSF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8, MYO1F, and NCF1. Each is linked with TNFSF14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF14 versus TNFAIP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
