Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, RPL23AP4, and MIR4710. Each is linked with TNFSF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by TNFSF14-low versus TNFSF14-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
