TNFSF13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 329 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-110P, RPL23AP90, and CCDC34P1. Each is linked with TNFSF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF13-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-110P grouped by TNFSF13-low versus TNFSF13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
