Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,746 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRACR2B, TSPAN1, and ELF3. Each is linked with TNFSF13 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF13-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF13 versus CRACR2B in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
