Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,996 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Positive regulation of iron ion transport. Each is linked with TNFSF13 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF13-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF13 results are reported.
