The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TNFSF12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFSF12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA are the cancer types where TNFSF12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
