Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAT10, RPS2, and RSL1D1. Each is linked with TNFSF12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF12-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF12 versus NAT10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
