Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,465 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML2, TIMP1, and VSIR. Each is linked with TNFSF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF12-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF12 versus SCML2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
