TNFSF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL147P, RN7SKP47, and OR6K3. Each is linked with TNFSF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF12-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL147P grouped by TNFSF12-low versus TNFSF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
