Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,692 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Muscle organ development, Negative regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with TNFSF12 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF12-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF12 results are reported.
