Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFSF11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFSF11 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TNFSF11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFSF11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TNFSF11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
