TNFSF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, TRAPPC5, and RPS19BP1. Each is linked with TNFSF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF11-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by TNFSF11-low versus TNFSF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
