Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFSF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 853 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of corticotropin-releasing hormone secretion, Response to molecule of bacterial origin, and Skin development. Each is linked with TNFSF11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF11-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF11 results are reported.
