TNFRSF9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,099 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK10, MYO1F, and MYO1G. Each is linked with TNFRSF9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF9-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF9 versus STK10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
