Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,616 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are HADHB, MMS22L, and E2F7. Each is linked with TNFRSF9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF9-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF9 versus HADHB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
