Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM205A, IL2, and NLRP8. Each is linked with TNFRSF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF9-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF9 results are reported.
