Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF8 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TNFRSF8 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SCLC, DLBC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNFRSF8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
