TNFRSF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,298 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, PTPRC, and MNDA. Each is linked with TNFRSF1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF1B-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF1B versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
