Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TNFRSF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF1B-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by TNFRSF1B-low versus TNFRSF1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
