Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,834 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glial cell-neuron signaling, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, and Negative regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with TNFRSF1B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF1B-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF1B results are reported.
