TNFRSF19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, PPIF, and CNN3. Each is linked with TNFRSF19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF19-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF19 versus DPYSL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
