TNFRSF19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, IGFBP2, and MEK1. Each is linked with TNFRSF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF19-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by TNFRSF19-low versus TNFRSF19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
