Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,257 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Vacuole organization, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with TNFRSF19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF19-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF19 results are reported.
