Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF18 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TNFRSF18 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LUAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where TNFRSF18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
