Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF17 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TNFRSF17 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where TNFRSF17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
