TNFRSF17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, CD38, and CD48. Each is linked with TNFRSF17 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF17-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF17 versus SEPTIN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
