Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF14 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher TNFRSF14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
LSCC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TNFRSF14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
