TNFRSF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, UBA7, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with TNFRSF14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF14 versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
