The most reproducible TNFRSF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ45, DBN1, and IDO1. Each is linked with TNFRSF14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF14 results are reported.
