TNFRSF14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, SAP30, and RPUSD4. Each is linked with TNFRSF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-3 grouped by TNFRSF14-low versus TNFRSF14-high in DLBC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
