The most reproducible TNFRSF14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, Negative regulation of T cell cytokine production, and Negative regulation of cytokine production involved in immune response. Each is linked with TNFRSF14 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF14 results are reported.
