TNFRSF14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFRSF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-1, GABRA6, and SPEM3. Each is linked with TNFRSF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF14-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-1 grouped by TNFRSF14-low versus TNFRSF14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
