Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF11A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TNFRSF11A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TNFRSF11A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, SCLC, and PRAD are the cancer types where TNFRSF11A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
