The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TNFRSF10B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TNFRSF10B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
